Owner of ‘The Country Kitchen’ in Seekonk closing diner after 40 years

SEEKONK, Mass. (WLNE) — A diner that’s been a staple in Seekonk for decades is closing it’s doors.

Mark Chandley bought “The Country Kitchen” from his parents back in 1985.

Now, after almost 40 years, the 68-year-old Seekonk native says he’s ready to retire, announcing the decision to close the diner on social media…
