NEW HAVEN, CT (WFSB) – A New Haven man accused of fraudulently renting out the same room over and over again is now facing charges in Connecticut.
An I-Team investigation last month uncovered that 54-year-old Christian Derouin has been wanted out of Rhode Island since 2012.
