In Memoriam: RFH ’96 Grad, Jimmy Nick IV, 47

Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School (RFH) Class of 1996 graduate, James F. Nick IV, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Dec. 9, from an apparent heart attack. He was 47.

“NYC was Jimmy’s favorite place to live. He frequently boasted that he learned to bike ride and skateboard on the sidewalks of the city. Growing up, Jimmy rode dirt bikes with his buddies, skied the slopes of Vermont and was endlessly enthusiastic about everything and anything he did.

An RFH ’96 graduate, he attended college in Vermont. “He had such a passion for snowboarding, that he played a pivotal role in bringing snowboards to the Killington ski shop, and ultimately opening and managing the mountain’s first snowboard shop…
