Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Las Vegas’ Formula-1 race was held almost one month ago, but headaches continues for drivers with a major intersection shut down this week; not for construction, but de-construction.
The intersection of Flamingo and Koval is closed until Saturday night as crews work to tear down a temporary bridge that was erected for F-1. Some business and residential access will be allowed, but all other traffic will be detoured.
That bridge dismantling is the last major piece of the F-1 puzzle to come down, though drivers on the southbound side of the Strip still have to deal with some right lane restrictions in front of the Bellagio, where a VIP seating area is coming down…
