DALLAS — A Dallas Police Department employee was arrested Monday and is accused of stealing from a North Texas Target store, police say.
Billy Flores, a 911 call analyst with the Dallas Police Department, was arrested Monday on a misdemeanor theft charge, the department confirmed.
