A Texas cop who allegedly raped an intoxicated woman is facing charges after identifying himself as a police officer and offering to escort her home from a bar, according to a report.
The alleged assault happened around 1 a.m. Nov. 28 after the victim said she had gotten into an argument with her friend and decided to walk herself home from the bar after having a couple of drinks, according to an affidavit obtained by FOX 4.
The woman said she decided to take a break from walking and sit on the curb after stumbling a lot, which is when she was allegedly approached by the cop, who she said identified himself as “Officer Charles,” as reported by CBS Texas…
