MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. (CBS 12) — The Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) obtained a credible tip that suspected child rapist Jesus Tamanis-Peralta was seen in McAllen, Texas.
The 37-year-old was spotted on Sunday, Dec. 15, however, detectives suspect he is en route to reach his home of Veracruz, Mexico to evade capture in the U.S.
Temanis-Peralta has been on the run since last week and is accused of doing the unthinkable— sexually battering a young girl for eight years, occasionally filming the abuse, starting when she was just 8 years old. Now, she’s a teenager…
