A man accused of using an industrial saw to crack open ATMs in St. John the Baptist Parish and across several Louisiana parishes has been arrested.
Alfred Roy Cobb, or “The Saw Bandit,” was arrested and taken into custody in Temple, Texas, after U.S. Marshals found him at a U-Haul facility on Thursday, Dec.12, according to St John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies are working to extradite Cobb back to St. John Parish where he will face charges of simple burglary and criminal access to an ATM. He also faces similar charges in Tangipahoa, Livingston and East Baton Rouge parishes for similar ATM burglaries. He also faces felony firearm charges in Texas…
