Nashville council approves mayor’s $527M spending plan: See where the money’s going

On Tuesday, the Metro Nashville Council granted approval to move forward with Mayor Freddie O’Connell’s $527 million capital spending plan.

The council voted unanimously, with Joy Kimbrough representing District 1 and Russ Bradford representing District 13 abstaining, to approve the plan. Council members Zulfat Suara, Brandon Taylor and Courtney Johnston were absent.
