Man found guilty of murdering his mother in Las Cruces in 2023

LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — A Las Cruces man was found guilty of first-degree murder and tampering with evidence in the death of his mother, a jury in Las Cruces decided on Wednesday.

Dillon Alexander Waller, 29, faces life in prison with the possibility of parole after 30 years, plus an additional three years for the tampering charge.
