LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Nevada SPCA is seeking the public’s help to identify a person who abandoned a 4-month-old kitten under a car in the shelter’s parking lot earlier this week.
Security footage from the shelter reveals that a carrier with the kitten was carelessly positioned beneath the front of a vehicle on Tuesday, December 17, around 1:15 p.m.
