INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) – The suspect behind the 2021 theft of hundreds of dollars in merchandise from an Independence area Kohl’s has been charged with the crime 3 years later.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Monday, Dec. 16, indicate that Leahana N. Hunt, 40, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection to the 2021 theft of a metro area Kohl’s.
A criminal complaint filed by the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office noted that on Dec. 15, 2021, Hunt allegedly entered an Independence Kohl’s store and stole upwards of $750 in toys, kitchen appliances and more…
