LAKEWAY, Texas — 41-year-old Chelsye Reagan Witcher of Lakeway was arrested in Austin Friday morning after she was charged with Injury to a Child and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence. She was charged in connection with the death of her soon-to-have-been adopted daughter, who was six years old. Witcher is currently being held at the Travis County Jail.
