Mississippi – In a shocking incident that unfolded outside a courthouse in Mississippi, a 49-year-old woman, identified as Tanya S., took the life of her 62-year-old husband, identified as James S. Tanya has been charged with murder after she shot her ex-husband at least 9 times with a 9mm handgun equipped with a 15-round magazine.

The shooting occurred right outside the county courthouse, where the couple had just concluded their divorce proceedings. According to the sheriff’s office, Tanya was waiting for James in her car outside the courthouse. The divorce, which came to an end after a separate entrance by each party due to their “volatile” relationship, was an impromptu decision made during an unscheduled meeting with their attorneys and the judge.

The Sheriff’s Office Lead Investigator, S. Allee, revealed that the relationship between Tanya and James had been fraught with issues, necessitating the separate appearances at the courthouse. Tanya’s own attorney, J. Owen, who also witnessed the event, stated unequivocally, “What she did yesterday is unjustifiable.
