RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – It was a long line this morning outside of the Journey Museum, with people ready to receive food donations from a mobile food truck.
The Pine Ridge Food Distribution partnered with non-profit Sacred Storm Buffalo, giving food donations to people who came for the Lakota Nations Invitational and may be struggling with food insecurity.
Only members of South Dakota tribes were eligible to receive donations including buffalo meat, ground beef and vegetables…
