CLEVELAND (WJW) — New video released to the FOX 8 I-Team shows the moment a Cleveland police officer shot a 14-year-old suspect.
Officers say they surrounded a car with a teen. At first, they thought he might be unconscious, or at least in a very deep sleep. The video reveals he backed up, slammed into a garage, then drove toward police. An officer felt he had no choice but to shoot.
