SOUTHEAST TEXAS — The Texas Game Warden Aviation Unit deployed a helicopter crew on April 10 to assist in rescue operations during severe flooding in Southeast Texas. The crew, consisting of Lt. Robert Mitchell, Sgt. Tyler Stoikes, and Michael Serbanic, responded to multiple emergency calls, according to a press release from the Texas Game Wardens.Their first mission involved rescuing a man stranded atop his semi-truck, surrounded by rising floodwaters.
