Newton DMACC Executive Dean Encourages End of Year Donations to Legacy Plaza Greenspace Project

The Executive Dean of the Newton DMACC Campus encourages people looking for end of year tax write-offs to consider the $4 million Legacy Plaza Greenspace project. Bill Peters says the greenspace will be a signature place for the community, DMACC students, and residents of a new adjacent apartment building. It will include a walking path, artwork and pavilion, and other features. According to Peters, over half the funds to complete the project have been raised.

“There are different giving plans. It’s getting to the end of the year. If you want to release some tax burden, donate some money to this. It’s donating to the Newton community and donating to something you will use.”

Peters says go to www.legacyplazadmaccgreenspace.com for more donation information…
