SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Two individuals accused of stealing between $2,000 and $3,000 worth of items, many believed to be holiday gifts, from unattended vehicles in Salt Lake City were arrested Sunday.
Salt Lake City Police said the investigation began just before 4 a.m. on Dec. 22, when a community member reported two individuals seen looking into cars near 2700 South and Elizabeth Street.
