NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — The New Haven Fire Department investigated strange sounds coming from the industrial area near East Shore Park Sunday night.
Neighbors in the area complained about loud, room shaking, sounds in the early evening coming from the factories near Connecticut Avenue.
