As Christmas day approaches, Apopka and Orange County residents can expect a change in their garbage collection routine. Curbside services will be adjusted to accommodate the holiday and the increased waste generated by Christmas festivities.
Apopka
Reminder: There will be no garbage, recycling, yard trash, or bulk pickups on Wednesday, December 25, 2024. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from everyone at Public Services.
Orange County
In preparation for Christmas, December 25, adjustments will be made to curbside collection services for residents in unincorporated Orange County. During Christmas week, Wednesday customers will be serviced on Thursday, Thursday customers on Friday, and Friday customers will be serviced on Saturday.
