WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Whether it was people flying into central Iowa not wanting to travel with presents or just procrastinators; Jordan Creek Town Center was packed two days before Christmas.
“I think for me it’s very festive, it just gets you in the holiday spirit, you know, everything that goes on,” said Sherri Mitchell from Atlanta, GA. Mitchell was shopping for her sister in town. “It’s just nice to be amongst people seeing them shop last minute like us.”
