BRIGHAM CITY, Utah, Dec. 23, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — A Hooper man was booked into jail Friday, five days after Brigham City police allege that he fired bullets at the residence of his former girlfriend.
The suspect, age 26, was arrested for investigation of 11 counts of felony discharge of a firearm, listed as a third-degree felony. Gephardt Daily is not naming him to protect his alleged victim’s identity.
Police were called to the area of the residence at about 2:56 a.m. Dec. 15 after a caller reported hearing gunshots, but officers could not find evidence of shots fired, the suspect’s affidavit says…
