Davidson Co. judge halts Tennessee’s new THCA rule, allowing sales to continue temporarily

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A judge in Davidson County has temporarily halted the Tennessee Department of Agriculture’s rule banning the sale of most THCA products in the state.

The rule, originally set to take effect Dec. 26, makes it illegal to sell any THCA products potentially convertible to 0.3% or more THC. Sellers with specific licensing face a higher limit of 5% THC.
