Latest Update: Christmas Eve Storm Brings Snow, Sleet, Slippery Roads To Northeast

A fast-moving storm system is bringing a mix of rain, sleet, and snow, causing slippery travel trouble throughout the Northeast on what’s a white Christmas Eve.

The wintry precipitation is falling from Washington, DC to Boston on Tuesday, Dec. 24, with up to a foot of snowfall in some spots.
