Integrity Toy Drive donates 35,000 toys to pediatric hospitals

DALLAS (KDAF) — Giving back is always important, especially when it can make a difference for children in the hospital during the holiday season.

The Integrity Foundation, along with their employees, partners, and volunteers, host an annual toy drive that this year donated over 35,000 toys to local pediatric hospitals. The idea for the toy drive stemmed from the experience of Co-founder and CEO Bryan Adams, whose son was in the hospital a few years ago.

“Our toy drive has taken on a life of its own,” said Bryan Adams, co-founder and CEO at Integrity. “A few years ago, my son Asher was in the hospital when he was nine, he’s now 12, and he was in the hospital and if you’re in the hospital as a little kid, it’s a tough place to be…A nurse came in with a Nerf gun and said, ‘Do you like playing with Nerf guns?’ It changed everything…It just allowed him to be a kid again.”…
