DENVER ( KDVR ) — Whether you are spending your Christmas Eve traveling or doing some last-minute shopping, Denver will be mild and above average. In fact, the Mile High City will actually be warmer than some cities in Texas and California.
The National Weather Service releases a daily daytime high-temperature map for major cities across the U.S. On Christmas Eve, Denver’s high will be in the mid-50s. Normally, Denver should be around 42 degrees on Dec. 24.
If you were hoping for a white Christmas this year, you will have to book a last-minute flight to the Great Lakes area or the East Coast. But if you enjoy the dry and mild conditions, take a look at how Denver’s temperature compares to the rest of the U.S.
