Rockefeller Group recently announced that it has completed construction of a 418,400 square foot distribution center on 24 acres in Surprise, part of the Southwest Valley industrial submarket.
Surprise Pointe Commerce Center can accommodate one to four tenants and offers 36-foot clear height, 80 dock doors, a 190-foot truck yard, 103 truck trailer parking stalls, 466 auto-parking stalls and custom-designed office space.
