AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) Warren Church and thousands from around the CSRA gathered at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center (PAC) on Tuesday, Dec. 24, to highlight and celebrate the meaning of Christmas through worship and service in their “Christmas at the PAC” event.
The Christmas Eve event featured live performances by the church’s worship leaders and choir, as well as a service led by the church’s pastors and concluded with a candlelit singing of “Silent Night”.
“By doing it here at the performing arts center it allows us to have a greater reach all across the CSRA,” said Pastor Lane Lowery, the executive pastor of Warren Church, when talking about the impact of having it at the PAC. “Some folks may not want to come to a church, so we’re able to have more people and it’s able to be centrally located so that we can reach the entire CSRA.”…
