‘Coughing. Hacking. It’s just spreading’: Flu cases surge to ‘high’ levels across Georgia

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Georgia flu cases have surged to “high” levels, according to the latest data from the Atlanta-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In the latest data for Week 50, which ended on Dec. 14, Georgia was one of 15 states reporting “high” or “very high” levels of influenza.
