Charlotte Moschopoulos is 10 years old and is in fourth grade. She is homeschooled and has been surfing for a year and a half. You can usually find her at Lower Trestles, but you may run into Charlotte anywhere from Huntington Beach to Oceanside.
“I surf in a few girls’ groups throughout the week and have made so many surf friends through these groups,” she said.
