Stallone wanted to preserve the cleanliness and privacy of the waters around his $35 million mansion. “It’s nice to be appreciated, but there’s a tremendous amount of looky-loos, fishermen, tour boats and so turtles have been hit,” Stallone told the council, as reported by NBC Miami.
