TOOELE CITY, Utah ( ABC4 ) — A woman is dead after being struck by a pickup truck on Christmas night.
According to a statement released by the Tooele City Police Department (TCPD), a 32-year-old woman was struck while she was crossing the street in the area of Skyline Drive and Main Street. Officers were initially called to the scene at around 10:15 p.m. on calls of a “female who was reported to be disorderly at a local business.” It was during this that the woman was struck by the truck.
Emergency services were then dispatched to the area and applied life saving measures to the woman. Despite this, the woman later died of her injuries on scene.

Details about the crash are limited as the investigation is ongoing however the initial investigation by TCPD found that the pickup truck was traveling southbound on Main when the woman was struck. It was also found that the woman was not on the cross walk at the time of the collision…
