According to recent reporting in ABJ, Hopdoddy has three Texas restaurants under construction — two in Houston and one in Austin — and eight more are already in the works, with plans to roll them out in 2025 and into 2026.
“We’re focused on quality over quantity, and we’re not in a rush, and we want to do it right,” said CEO Jeff Chandler.
The report adds that apart from the upcoming Austin location in the Mueller neighborhood, Hopdoddy also will be adding a site in Leander at 29 Gateway and is close to signing a deal in Pflugerville at Stone Hill Town Center, both of which will likely open in the first quarter of 2026…
