DENVER (KDVR) — A Denver area man is thankful to be alive tonight after spending nearly three days lost in the mountains when his Jeep became stuck while off-roading.
Christopher Marzak is no stranger to driving off-road, it’s one of his favorite hobbies. In early November, Marzak headed west from Centennial in his Jeep.

“I love Colorado, man,” he said. “The mountains and the snow is the best.”
He started to drive off-road out near Gunnison. That’s when his Jeep got stuck on a log and he left it on foot to search for help…
