SANFORD, Fla. A Florida man was arrested over the weekend after allegedly kidnapping a woman he was dating, according to an arrest affidavit.

Irvin Murr, 21, was arrested by Seminole County deputies on multiple charges, including kidnapping, aggravated assault, and battery by strangulation.

The incident happened after 1 a.m. on Sunday following dinner at a restaurant near the University of Central Florida (UCF) and a trip to downtown Sanford for drinks, the victim told deputies.
