LORAIN, Ohio — The city of Lorain is now offering a new way to strengthen communication between residents and governmental leaders through “Ask Lorain,” an interactive online platform where residents can ask questions and receive instant responses or personalized video replies from city employees.
Residents can access “Ask Lorain” through the program’s website, where they can both submit new questions and review previous exchanges between other residents and city officials.
