Raising Cane’s, the popular Louisiana chicken fingers restaurant, wants to open on Hall Road near Schoenherr Road in Sterling Heights, where the old Chili’s building stands in front of the Sterling Town Center.
The developers plan to tear down the former Chili’s and replace it with a new, roughly 3,500-square-foot restaurant.
They need to get the property rezoned so they can move forward with construction. The developers have a signed lease and are hopeful the project will get approved soon…
