PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — Led by a trio of division champions in Maya Garcia, Emma McGinnis and Abby Radabaugh, the second-ranked Buckhannon-Upshur girls wrestling team lived up to its lofty expectations by claiming a runner-up finish in the 21-team Parkersburg Winter Classic on Friday.
