GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement and Potential is working with its partners to ensure Michigan families know they still have access to no-cost, high-quality pre-K this school year.
“One of our major priorities is to ensure Michigan 4-year-olds have access to a high quality and free pre-K education,” said Dr. Beverly Walker-Griffea, director of MiLEAP.
Michigan’s budget expanded access to the state’s PreK for All program , which allows all families to benefit regardless of their income.
