LITTLETON, Colo. (KDVR) — On Tuesday, the city of Littleton held a public hearing to allow people to provide feedback on a proposal to amend Littleton’s Unified Land Use Code regarding housing types.
At the end of the meeting, city officials made the decision to indefinitely postpone the ordinance.

The city says the goal of the ordinance was to “reduce barriers to building ‘missing middle’ housing types, such as duplexes, multiplexes, and cottage court developments in the city.” The population in Littleton is growing and the city is looking for ways to house that growth in a sustainable way.
