HARRISBURG PA – Food-insecure families and individuals in Montgomery, Berks, and Chester counties will benefit from fresh milk donated during the Pennsylvania Farm Show to local food banks. The donations are part of an annual “Fill a Glass with Hope” milk distribution drive sponsored by PA dairy producers, representatives, and sponsors.
The 2025 Fill A Glass drive received a total of $181,500 in donations. That’s enough to provide more than 726,000 servings of fresh milk to food banks statewide, according to industry data.
Portions of the funds will be received by Philadelphia-based Philabundance, which serves food banks in Montgomery and Chester counties; and by the Reading-based Helping Harvest Fresh Food Bank, which serves Berks County. Both are among the nine partner food banks that comprise the Feeding Pennsylvania distribution network.
