Arkansas Surgical Hospital (ASH) has been honored with the 2024 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award for the fifth consecutive year, placing it among the top 5% of hospitals nationwide for outstanding patient experience.
The award is based on patient survey data collected through the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS). The survey evaluates critical aspects of a patient’s hospital stay, including communication with medical staff, the responsiveness of hospital employees, cleanliness and quietness of the environment, medication guidance, discharge instructions and overall hospital ratings.
