FRANKLIN, Ky. – With all the winter weather, it’s important to stay informed, and Simpson County Emergency Management is bringing back a way to keep their citizens aware.
Executive director Robert Palmer, in the past, has done what he calls a preparedness message, letting citizens know if anything is set to happen for that month.
