Four people were found dead in a Santa Rosa home during a welfare check Wednesday afternoon, and authorities say they are investigating the case as a homicide.
At about 3:07 p.m., officers responded to a home on the 200 block of Monarch Court to check on the residents, who police said had not been seen for several days. Officers located the four people during the check, police said.
