NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – Charleston County’s newly sworn sheriff has named the man hired to lead the Al Cannon Detention Center.
Stanley Davis, a 30-year veteran in law enforcement, corrections and military service, will serve as jail administrator, Lt. Jacquelyn Woodall said.
