Authorities have identified a man shot and killed Monday night in Newark as a 45-year-old Irvington resident.
Shaheen Wheeler was gunned down at about 9:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Seymour Avenue, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said Thursday.
