WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Warren Family Mission is providing a place for people to get out of the cold.
The mission has been offering its cafeteria at the building on Tod Avenue as a warming center since early December. People can stop in between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday to get out of the elements, and have a cup of coffee and a snack.
“They can use this as a stopping point to get stuff done during the day if they’re just going back and forth to the grocery store or what have you stop in and get warm,” said Thomas Kiepper, the mission’s director of development…
