The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office said discarded smoking materials on a rear deck sparked a two alarm fire that damaged three townhomes in the Glasgow area Wednesday night, January 8, 2025.
The fire on Versailles Court in the Frenchtown Woods Townhouses off of Route 40 was reported around 9:15 p.m.
