The Murray State Racers made it 2-of-2 on road wins in the Hawkeye State with a thrilling 71-68 victory over the Northern Iowa Panthers in Cedar Falls on Wednesday.
It took a Terrence Harcum jumper in the lane with 12 seconds left, and a pair of Harcum free throws with three seconds left to push the Racers to a sweep of their Iowa trip after Sunday’s win in Des Moines at Drake. Since 2017-18, only four teams in the MVC have won at Drake and UNI in the same season and now the Racers have done it a span of four days.
